I was going to come and find you today to ask about the homework, but i am REALLY ill.
so i started some maths but i got stuck.
Ex 5F Q8 i can do a) and i got the right answer but then i dont know how to calculate the coordinates of point D
and i had the same problem with 5 b)
and actually i didnt get 2b) either.
it is just finding the coordinates that i dont get

Q8 b)
To find the coordinates make the equation for l1 equal to the equation for l2 by re-writing l2 as y=8-x.
So 8-x=1.5x-2 (I’ve used 1.5 here because I can’t input the fraction 3 over 2 easily.)
Solve to find the x coordinate and then substitute this value into one of the equations to find the corresponding y coordinate.
The other questions will respond to the same basic method.
