Dear Year 12,

As you have your exam coming up please have a look at this revision guide that I am putting together. It will include all the new material covered in the C1 course. It has links to really good web sites – The Khan Academy and Exam Solutions – both are really good.

Intro

Chapter 1 is all GCSE material so you should look that up for your self

Chapter 2 - sketching quadratic curves

Chapter 3 - quadratic inequalities

Chapter 4 - sketching graphs

Chapter 5 - Coordinate geometry

Chapter 6 – Series and sequences

Attached here are the answers for the Exercises in the Year 11 into 12 Transition Booklet. Word of warning: the book they are from is slightly notorious for little errors, so if you’re totally convinced your answer is right, you might well be!

We’ll be going over what you’ve done in the next few days, and having a little test on this stuff too. Look forward to seeing everyone soon!
